
Behind the Blend
Chef Crenn opened Atelier Crenn in 2011 as an homage to her father and an ode to “poetic culinaria." In 2018, she became the first female chef in North America to receive three Michelin Stars. She is widely recognized for promoting sustainability and equality in the restaurant industry.
In 2020, Atelier Crenn became the first restaurant in the United States to be certified plastic-free, and was subsequently granted a Michelin Green Star for sustainability.
